what do you think is the most difficult part about being a ESL teacher?

Well in my particular situation the most difficult part is not being able to feel continuity in my classes in terms of who is attending them. Maybe people keep coming to my classes, but I cannot teach based on that expectation as if I were a traditional teacher.
